Yes, Madman is an Australian company that released Headmasters a couple of years ago.

The Madman set also included Super GodMaster Force (Powermasters), Victory and a single episode of Zone

Very talented artist. When your old concept sketches look better than the majority of some finished internal pages (HOD) you know you're onto a winner.
