Who wins the duke out between Jackie Chan with the meddallion and the Tuxedo, vs "The One" Jet Li after he killed all the others and became "The One"?. My bet is on the Jet Li.

Probably Jet Li.
However, if Jackie Chan had the talismans from the cartoon I think it could be another story

He is more skilled in fighting. Altough Meddallion would make Chan Invincible.
