Einstien wins this without any trouble. Although Perceptor was smarter his intelegence was not much above what cybertron tech was at at the time, Meanwhile in the world einstein reformated what the universe was made out of when we had bearly cralled out of the middle ages. Einstein was a hundred times smarter then the people of his gen, while perceptor was maybe 10 smarter then the giants he stood on
