Aliens wins this hands down. They would have bigger numbers, plus have long tails to slice the zombies before they even get close.

Aliens all the way. The "acid for blood" factor alone makes it impossible for the zombies to ever achieve victory.

But once the aliens get bitten the aliens become infected and return from their death. Who wins now?

No, they don't. The acid blood makes it impossible for the Aliens to be infected by any diseases.
