Well, i kinda see both as the opposite on every level, except that they are almost invulnerable.

I'm gonna say spawn cause supes is overratted

And yet again I am gonna quote a friend: Spawn is stupidly powerfull, any kinda matches against Spawn should be banned, he just kicks to much ass............

Spawn has connections to Hell. Finding Kryptonite shouldn't be a problem.

Superman can do ANYTHING... There's only one being superior to him: Chuck Norris.

Batman will beat **** out of Optimus Prime, Supes and Spawn at the same time!!!!!!!!!!

Malebogia was originally the pet of the ruler of Hell. He killed his master apparently. Also someone brought up that Spawn could find Kryptonite. He doesn't need to find anything. He has finite infinite power, which means that he can do anything he wants but it drains his life force. He can just make Kryptonite appear out of nothing.

However, during the DC version of the Spawn/Batman crossover it was shown that Spawn's suit is sentient and has a will of it's own. It denied him the right to use his powers against Batman for some reason. Most likely because Bruce is a pure soul. If this would happen during their fight then Superman would win. If not Supes has two weaknesses: Kryptonite and magic. The arcane energy Spawn weilds is definatly magic forged in Hell. Plus the current Superman can't really do anything he wants, he has limits. Your thinking of Pre-Crisis Earth 1 Superman. He was the most powerful version of Superman and could basically do anything he wanted.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Spawn wins. Chuck Norris is a pathetic joke. I don't know why anyone actually thinks he's a bad ass. He's a washed up half assed "martial artist" who shills Bowflex for Christ's sake. Let's say he had the balls to try to roundhouse kick either.

He roundhouse kicks Spawn. It does nothing, and Al just rips his leg off and beats him to death with it.

If he attempted it on Superman, he'd die on impact. See during Death in the Family Batman sucker punched Superman. Supes rolled with the force of the punch because he said if he didn't it would have killed Batman somehow.
