I've ordered from them before, didn't have any complaints except that there was some unexplained delay with it being shipped.

With the eve of the Takara TFA Arcee launching I decided to try for one. Everywhere else was sold out so I decided to preorder through Yahobby. A little bit later I noticed they did not have an eta on when they would recieve them so I sent a quick email to ask, a week went by and no response. Sent another email, waited a week and still no response. Sent a 3rd email and still no response. Now I'm kinda getting a bit miffed because by no means is it a difficult question Then I noticed they still had the first wave of Takara TFAs listed on their site were still listed as preorders and I started getting worried. I know it may take a while for them to recieve them and I accept that, I just want an answer of some kind so I don't feel like they just kinda took my money and that's it.

Has anyone else had any problems with getting answers from this site? I hate to say it but I'm kinda considering canceling my order with them and just shopping elsewhere.

Edit- Well, I sent another email and a little bit later they just gave me a refund. Not only that, they just jacked the price to double and listed it as sold out. Well, guess I'l just stick to BBTS. I don't get what happened but at least I won't have to badger them for a refund :/ Now I just gotta hunt down another Arcee for a decent price...so much for my anniversary gift
