Special Abilities: He can also utilize various gases and combined with the special abilities of his two brothers Nova Storm and Acid Storm, he can turn a normal thunderstorm supercell into a toxic rainstorm of lethal nitric acid. Can emit lightning/electrical bolts out of his hands.

Profile: A member of an obscure squad of Decepticon air warriors known only as "The Rainmakers". Ion Storm is pretty known as a computer whiz but only in the Seekers and maybe a few other Decepticons.

He is pretty intelligent and has a talent for with computers and knows how to manipulate them so that he can hack the enemy systems and steal information from them with very little detection.

He can be relatively quiet or cocky or even be a bit mischievous at times. But he can be quick to anger particularly when he is annoyed. Due to his personality traits, he earned the nickname Stormy from his trine-mates. His Nitric acid missiles can seed natural clouds with a highly destructive form rain.

The combination of his quick to anger personality plus his weaponry shows that he is a lethal Seeker that not many want to mess with.

Abilities: Ion Storm can manipulate various types of lightning out of his hands. If he has the electrical streaks fully under control, he can blast the lightning streaks at his opponent 300 yards away. He can adjust the intensity and power of the electrical bursts. However, it can drain his own energy. The energy draining levels depend on the intensity, power and how much of the ability he is using.

His Nitric acid missiles can seed natural clouds with a highly destructive form of rain just like his fellow Rainmakers (Acid Storm and Nova Storm). He is a cadre of specialized Seekers who have the capability to manipulate localized weather patterns to create acid rain. He does this while in alt. mode, however, while in both modes, his fire-fog missiles, they detonate and release a highly-flammable mist as well as a dense fog to occur, however, he does not use them very often. He also has two staffs which are used in only for melee means of fighting and he can channel the lightning from his hands into the staff in order to help him better direct and aim the lightning.

Computer skills: His computer skills, particularly programming and hacking, are very good. He is at peace and focused when he is on a screen. However, he has to keep his electrical abilities under control. With the device on his wrist, he can hack enemies' systems and possibly steal information from them.

Weakness(es): He is usually not harmed by electrical currents that he creates, but he can shock himself if he attempts to generate arcs under unfavorable circumstances. Also, he has to be careful while working on computers in regards to his abilities. If he lets an electrical bolt loose, he could potentially fry hard-drives.
