I picked up Leader Megs when I went to the states last weekend, as I am from Canada and there is no sight of him here. My problems is he worked just fine, and today when I finally got a chance to transform him into his cybertronian Jet mode the button on his back diddnt make the lights or sound activate. I transformed him back to robot mode and did the chest gimik to find that the lights and sounds didnt go. They worked fine 5 min before I put him into Jet mode and the red wings still move but no lights and sound. I open up his tail and replaced the batteries, but still no luck. Anyone out there had the same problem or know a fix? The wires for the lights and sound go through 3 chunks of his body (tail to chest, to back) and I cant visibily see any of the connections. I was hoping someone else out there has a fix, otherwise I will just have to hold onto the box and return whenever we do end up getting him up here. Thanks for the help.

have you tried new batteries? Instructions will tell you where to find the batteries in him and what type they are. :HEADHURTS:

yea, brand new batteries. And after checking some other boards I have found then alot of people seem to loose the electronics after a couple of transformations. No one has a fix yet though.

More than likely one of the wires broke loose from it's connection. Though you won't know for sure unless you open him up.

This means that Movie Leader Class Megatron isnt better than hes Masterpiece counterpart ... A Transformer you cant Transform without taking a great risk! Come on! They arent The Actionmaster! ... Oh my :-(

Btw i have no probs with my Megs, transformed him like 10 times ... but now ... i think ill just leave him as Robot.

Well either I:

1. Leave him as is
2. Return him when I can find a working 1
3. Put him under the knife and open him up.

Open him. It'll give you something to do and will let you see how his insides work.

Well maybe I should wait and see if they release a re-deco or something, if they do that maybe they'll fix the issues inside with the electronics as well. What do you guys think?

I opened him up and couldnt for the life of me figure out where the electical problem is comming from. I am just going to return him and buy one that I will have to be move careful with.
