Tired of all those ridiculous TV spots for Apple products? Didn't you just wish that Tux would jump into frame knife those characters to death?

Well, this'll have to do: Novell's Linux 'Mac Ad' Spoofs. Turns out Linux is a chick.

At least Linux users aren't smug bastards. It's a pretty good OS once you get into it.

I'm still a Windows guy, though.

I got punched by a Mac user once. That did not help my stance on the computer.

Except for the part about pretty good...how about it smokes a PC for real tasks (like I/O control and other high end aps). Although people complain it doesn't have games, well boo hoo, go back to work.

I have a MAC too, but I usually use the command line in it. So from my opinion, MAC is UNIX and UNIX is Linux, so we all win.

Now isn't that ironic, Novell spoofs the ad by showing Linux, yet Mac OS-X is Unix, which is where Linux is "derived" from. I think the Mac guy should put on a Darth Vader Helmet and say "Linux, I am your father!". That would be cool, and actually a lot closer to the truth than this ad.
