I have a vintage Leech but the ribber band that held his legs is long broken. I wonder how to fix that because there is no screws and no clues in how can I disassemble anything.

Strange, these guys have been readily available here since the summer. I got mine from BBTS shortly before they started showing up in stores. It's really hard to predict which MotU figures are going to be available in stores so I just get everything on BBTS and on the rare occasion that I find something in stores first I cancel my order.

My girlfriends daughter on the snake chaos set:
"I love it, it's very good, I love He-man because Skeletor is the bad guy, I have Skeletor and He-man, I'm like, Skeletor here you go dnk dnk dnk dnk (attack noises)"
I think her mum will kill me when I get her a grayskull but challenge accepted. Also the MOTU stuff will probably be played with more than the magic mixies.
*BBTS has only just sent my leech out, snout spout was a while ago but I think Leech is a second run of him.

Should be more than easy enough for you compared to kitbashing transformersI cant remember name of a guy who customises motu on youtube or if a tool would be needed but the rubber peices are cheap enough to pick up:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185438870906 ... BM7veIvqph
Well, turn out that those rubber things were completely rotten and impossible to remove from the legs with drilling larger holes. So I used my TF customiser skills to fix him.
In the end, it's not perfect but at least Leech stand solidly.

I went shopping in hope of some boxing day deals but of course I found nothing.
Except an Origin Wind Rider. At 16$can, I could spare the effort to squeeze that huge thing in my MOTU display.
It needs a rider and Teela, who is on her way, will be perfect.

Since I didn't luck out on the powercon secrets of greyskull set I got a cheaper alternative for the grayskull 'space suit' and whilst they might be a different shape to origins figures I think it's a good? stand in.
*popped the heads off easily and then popped off the neck pieces almost as easy and now have two empty space suits. Not sure if I'd go all in for the unused fantastic 4ish unused motu film story for suits for evil lynn and human Beastman. I forgot to to put a masterverse or classics figure next to the fortnite suits but I'm using for origins anyways.

So Scott is claiming that Mattel sent a letter out to retailers telling them that both Origins and Masterverse are being discontinued as of April.
He's been claiming for years that Mattel would lose MOTU in 2023 to much ridicule so we'll see what happens.

Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Re: MOTU
- Motto: "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes"
I knew as soon as he posted the video, it wasn't going to go well. I really dont have a strong opinion one way or the other. I honestly dont believe he WISHES doom on the line as some suggest, just reporting what he sees. He claims to have 3 "sources" confirmation, we will see in time if his claims come to fruition. But to be clear, what he is stating (at this time) is that MOTU Origins and Masterverse will no longer be sold at retail beyond April 2023 (giving time to clear out what was planned by end of year 2022). He did say that both lines could continue as online exclusives. So it is entirely possible he is right.
This would no bearing on the Origins Eternia Crowdfunded project, or the proposed Origins Snake Mountain that was likely going to be an online exclusive anyway.
If, by summer, both Target and Walmart still have a healthy supply coming in of New MOTU product, then I think it would be safe to say Scott was wrong, but at this point, especially with Target doing resets, its a "wait and see".

After his video claiming target was no longer going to have marvel legends in stores just because he didn't see the tag at 1 store, it is hard to take these announcements seriously

Was it announced to appear specifically at B&M such as Walmart or Target? I never saw Origins Grayskull at B&M, but several online retailers, including Amazon have it, even at a discounted price.
Oddly enough I did see the 2021 CG MotU Graskull once a few weeks ago at Target.
Again, I'm just trying to be a neutral party here. I've had dialogue with Scott, and he's given some objectively bad info before (Buzzworhty Fangry for sure), But I dont think he's a complete moron. I believe he does have some insight, as flawed as it may be at times. Of course several fans and collectors have already jumped in and said it's all complete BS. If so, then he has bad info, and will hopefully learn. If it is true however, then he was just playing the role of an informant, much to our chagrin.

I recall those videos, and the flak he took for that as well. Whether you want to call it clarification, or "moving the goal posts after the fact" , I recall him stating later that it would be specifically Marvel Legends, not tied to media (i.e. Movies or Disney+ shows). I pay zero attention to Marvel Legends, so let me ask:
Does Target in the United States currently have any Marvel Legends toys on shelf that are not tied to any media?

I'm guessing for whomever wants/is able to stock it but I'm not sure how it works stateside. Definitely how it worked here though with it being available instores/online.
I just bought a Greyskull as a present for hopefully one happy kid, with the only problem being getting it over there with America not being like 150+ countries until at least April and yes it would have been easier to buy/send over their but it was through store credit.

Re: MOTU

I was mentioning in the brag/cry thread about going to a Target some distance away, and how clean it was, and had some new things I hadn't seen before.
For MotU I saw the Road Ripper (I'm calling it that, not what its changed name is), and Meka-Neck. I understand that some of the play features of the originals toys have been sacrificed for added articulation, but seeing this just made me sad. Having a Meka-Neck who's Neck dosen't actually extend (just a swappable Neck), also the Road Ripper dosen't even have the ripcord feature. Makes me a little relieved I didn't go all in on these. There have been some cool innovations (I like that the Roton is actually MORE than it was originally), but some of the changes (or loss of play features) would really make me upset if I were collecting them.

Yeagh Mekanek and several other figures are pretty bad in the 'retro play' aspect (ignoring the missing twist and punch feature).
Ordering a Mattel exclusive whilst Kate Bush Running up that hill is playing... I'm gonna need coffee.
3 per customer of frog monger. That picture of trap jaw being held by three of them makes me think I will call him three throg.

Yeah, I forgot all about Frog Monger until well after they all sold out. I guess the whole made-to-order thing didn't work out well for them since they only did it twice, this is the third consecutive release not to have that option, very annoying.
