I have to agree with ya there!

While a few tfs go on the shelf within a week, my Classics are still on my desk!

Some toys are too good for the display shelf.
I would have to rank Cybs Downshift as one.
He just looks so G1-blocky.! He has decent guns, a good 'face', and plenty of articulation!

Yes, I really like him. Definitely a good buy. His articulation is super.

who is downshift a repaint of?

I thought he was a new mold.

Nope, not going to unless it's imported (My local Forbidden Planet had a couple of the Japanese versions a few months back). Hasbro UK (or whoever decides these things) decided not to release it over here.

I don't know much on that series - is that the black and grey version of Megatron? I saw the Jap version in Orbital Comics in London late last year. I could pop over and see if it's still there early next week? No promises though - but worth a try?

Spending money when you shouldn't is all part of the TF community (well, that's what the voices in my head say anyway!).

Personally I don't like the figure, but Gen 1 Optimus is a great mold no matter how many releases he has

As there are no figures I'm activly seeking, I ain't been disgruntled of late, hence why I stopped posting. Well I became disgruntled today.

I found one of the two guys on my get list in FP. I figured they would get him eventually, but still. MP Megs. He's HUGE!! And so was his price tag. £104.99!! That's waaay too much. GRRR! But at least I have seen him in person and know how big he is.

I'm just waiting for the stuff from BBTS to arrive

I'm eagerly awaiting payday so that I can pay for and receive Predaking!

This'll be my first Gen 1 purchase in over a year
