Anakin from Episode 3 VS Luke from Episode 6.

Who will win?

Anikin, he was trained better and has more of an edge.

I didn't like the new movies, but I never liked Luke at all.

Luke as he's more controled and dose tecnacaly beat Anikin in return of the jedis. plus luke resisted the dark side which proves that he has a stronger will than Anikin

If Luke was from later in the books I'd say Luke but Return of the Jedi happens like months after his one to two weeks training with yoda. How would you compar that with the kind of training Anakin had since he was 9?

I'd say Luke. Anakin has better skill but Luke has a better head. All Luke would have to say is "You Suck" and Anakin would start crying and flailing around. More than compensating for Luke's lower skill.

Luke, by the time Anakin was Darth Vader he had more experience from all those years than when he fought Obi Wan in eps. 3. If Luke could own Vader in episode 6, he can do it in episode 3.

He was using the dark side wich allows faster power growth at the beginning but soon eats you up from the inside. Darth Vader was an old azmatic cyborg in ep 6. And he didn't want to kill Luke. That was very clear. In ep 3 he wouldn't have had such contrains. Luke had so little by that time that he would have been eaten up alive by ep3 Anakin.

In a straight up Lightsaber duel, Luke wins. Unlike Anakin, he understands that a swordfight is not an interperative dance.

Force powers might be a different story.

Although I don't know what "interperative dance" means (Babelfish also failed to understand) I guess you refer to his fighting style. Jedi of old fought in accordance with the flows of the force. IMO Anakin fights the way he does because he is accustomed to it and confident. By the time of ep 3 he was not at his first fight. On the other hand Luke had very few real battles when he faced Vader and Sidious. His style is very defensive and is very reminecent of the way samurais weild their katana. A lightsaber is a very powerful weapon that needs strenght and concentration to weild efficiently. If Anakin can swing it like it was a mere flashlight that means alot.

Anakin doesn't just swing the blade lightly: he pulls off all kinds of three ring circus stunts that have little to no application to combat, all of which leave him open to numerous counterattacks. In fact, during Revenge of the Sith, he performs one completely Retarded move that leaves him completely unable to defend himself for a full ten seconds.

Luke, conversely, maintains a proper guard, doesn't show his back, and actually makes some effort to *gasp* attack his opponent. Now, I've heard all kinds of apologetic crap about how the Jedi can fight like morons because of their preocognition, etc...Which would be fine, if their opponents didn't ALSO have precognition. All things being equal, skill is going to win out. And, frankly, as flashy and 'cool' as Anakin's fighting style looks, it's utterly nonsensical. While he's busy windmilling his blade behind his back, he is going to get stabbed.
