No,

Just thought it would look badass with it carrying 2 small quads (one purple and one blue) in the back which would be laserbeak and buzzsaw (only referred to in subtitles), so they can scout around along with SW.

Also, the Perceptor/Mars Rover idea is that Perceptor was already on Mars looking for the cube before the other bots got to Earth. He just scanned the Roer. I'm sticking to that idea myself

Hopefully, Perceptor scanned that rover BEFORE it was smashed.

'Cause if he scanned it AFTER it was smashed, he won't be able to tell the difference. And we'd be having Perceptor Movie toy in another Megatron-style pile of crap alt mode!
