who were the first 13 TFs? I know about fallen, but who else is there?

So far we only know about:

Primon: The first Prime, he was only mentioned once in a text story. Although a older version of the original Prime lineage has him named as Prima. He presumably looked like this:

Liege Maximo: Megatron's ancestor, he killed Primon at one point.

The Last Autobot: He's the last of the 13, it was his job to look after Cybertron and the Transformers after Primus got killed by Unicron.

Vector Prime: He got integrated into the 13 at a later point (a retcon). He is widely accepted to be among their number.

A unnamed original was seen by Optimus Prime during a vision, he looked like this:

And some special notes on them:

- Note that most of their names aren't their original names, the Fallen and The Last Autobot for instance were named as such by others.
- All the originals are siblings.
- All originals have unsual almost godly powers (bringing dead to life, restoring entire planets, timetravel. etc).
- Vector Prime's comic "powerlevel" is many times beyond that of his cartoon counterpart (he survived one of Unicron's quantum shockwaves).

Hasbro has said in the past that Vector Prime and The Last Autobot are one and the same.

Accourding to the stories, the Elite 13 were in charge of maintaining order on the surface of Primus, called Cybertron. When over time, the planet became inhabited with more life, the tasks got divided between lighter and darker tasks. Eventually Leige Maximo and two others got envelloped into the darkness. And over time sought to over throw the order of the 13 for themselves and kill Prima in the process. One of the two minions is said to be The Fallen. The concept of the Fallen was created by Simon Furman years ago, but was only used and redesigned by Pat Lee in the War Within series. It is unknown who the thirde character was who helped betray the Elite 13.

There is one more character we know of. Maccaddams. The Mechanoid bartender of the tarvern Maccadams' Old Oil House. No one really knows where he came from. Legends say that he is indeed one of the original 13 Elite. The Old Oil House is the only place on Cybertron where both Autobots and Decepticons are welcome and do not fight amoungst each other. It has also been said that the Oil House is a place of mystery as some of the guests appear to be from times long gone, while others appear to be from times yet to come.

Where it is believed that The Fallen was given the powers of Darkness and Liege Maximo the Powers of dis-order. Maccaddams appears to have been given the powers of time, and The last Autobot the powers of life or resurrection.
