Special Abilities: An EMP emitter on his left shoulder with an effective range of 100 ft. Despite its smaller size, the emitter is an enormous drain on Dessicator’s energy, limiting its usage to once per battle or recharging phase. While its effects are immediate, it is a weak pulse and only limits the target’s abilities to move for less than a minute, but leaves their other functions fully operative. Unless properly protected (extra electrical shielding like for space travel, working around radiation, etc), the effects of the EMP can cease motor functions in most mechs for about a minute or two.

Appearance: Painted in gray, black, and green stripes camouflage, but it’s chipped and dented as he refuses to have his “battle scars” repaired. Has a mouth guard on fulltime, displaying only his eyes and leaving what he looks like beneath a mystery.

Profile: Easy to get along with, he’s known as a partier when not on duty. He’s even been known to make rash decisions when one he considers a friend needs help, resulting in frequent trips to the CR chamber of brig following those confrontations. His apparent loyalty and over zealousness belies his true aggressive personality. He’s a long believer in the fastest way to victory is through complete destruction of the Autobot forces. He often accepts any mission that allows him to obliterate any outpost or transport from a distance. He’s reluctant to work with others, as he wishes to bask in the destruction of his enemies, but he has been known to tolerate those forced on him by the higher command. They sometimes even come back… if they didn’t rush into the artillery zone too quickly.

Despite his imposing size and physical strength, he’s not known for melee combat. In fact, there are more than a few rumors about him being bested by mechs he should’ve squashed with ease. He laughs off the rumors, though humor never seems to reach his optics. Due to his stature, most don’t press him on the topic, but when they do, his gattling gun or emp emitter ends any fight before it gets started.

In tank mode, he’s capable of lobbing incendiary and explosive shells up to two miles with an accuracy rate of 80%.Due to the type of shells he uses, he’s not concerned with accuracy.

Weaknesses: Despite his imposing size and strength, Dessicator’s melee ability is average at best as he prefers to let his array of weaponry deal with his foes. He tends to freeze when in a confrontation if his EMP emitter is still charging.
