I was reviewing my Beast Wars knowledge on Wiki, and believe it or not, I found something I didn't know!

Assuming it's true anyway.

According to Wiki, there was supposed to be a "Halloween Horricon" exclusive set featuring a repainted Black Arachnia.

They don't give any pictures though; anyone know what the deal with this is? Was Black Arachnia repainted as her super-scary alien-impowered version from the episodes with the Flying Island and the Obelisk of Pwnage?!

O, you bet, just not as the "super-scary alien-impowered version from the episodes with the Flying Island and the Obelisk of Pwnage" . Test shots were even made, but the Halloween sets were eventually cancelled. Here are the galleries:

Egh, looks like some solid candidates for TF: Universe there; although Black-Arachnia might have passed muster if her head was painted red too.

Nightprowler is just fugly - looks like a snow-leopard that hasn't bathed in a year. And poor Waspinator, a great mold, but a horrible repaint.

Leatherhide's gator mode looks pretty cool albeit the huge front feet, but the bat mode... urgh.

Both of the sets looked cool but I have always liked Waspinator got him when they did the 10th anv reissue of him.

I just realized... doesn't Horricon Waspinator have the same paint scheme as one of the Botcon Buzzclaw repaints?

TM Waspinator, I love that mold, but I am so glad that Waspinator wsa never upgraded in the show!
