sorry to hear about your SS problems Wes, but unfortunately, mine also came with QC issues.

i got 2 SSs and the first one had it's cockpit glass in the nosecone misaligned so that when it's in Jet mode it looks like its about to open, and the paint on the face was horrible.

i sold it off and bought another one to replace it, but the face paint also had problems, like spots of his head above the face missing the black paint and some lines of black on his face. good thing the black lines were easily removed, but the head still looks like crap.

SS wins the prize for the Classics figure with the most QC issues.
