I finally found some Joes that weren't revisions today, but only picked up one figure. It was the B.A.T. from wave 9. I was surprised the place I found them, KB Toys, as they hadn't stocked since I think Wave 5. They got in 1 of each from Wave 9, and the Major Bludd and Sgt.Flash Revision.
Anyways, I'm having some trouble with the new B.A.T. I got compared to the first one I have. His hand and claw hand will fit on, clicking when they connect, but the flamethrower and the other one come off far too easily for my comfort. Any suggestions on what I can do to make them tighter?
I want to have each B.A.T. I have equipped with a different one of those hands. Right now I only have 2.
Also, will the battle damaged B.A.T we're supposed to get next year. have 2 heads or just the one damaged one?

Well today I finally got my hands on ram vs flight pod vehicle pack it was the only one beside the vamp that I wanted from this round of vehicles. I wish they had include all of the tele-viper equipment in this pack not just the figure because as soon as got it I replaced tele-viper with single pack cobra viper and breaker with single pack SGT. stalker as the riders of both vehicles.

If you have some vintage Tele-Viper gear lying around you may want to check this out.

I think it'll work with the Valor vs Venom Tele-Viper Backpack. I know the rifle the VvV. The rest of the gear should work fine with him though from the VvV figure. They also have suggestions of what to use besides the peg off a 25th backpack.

Wasn't the RAM sorta Rock and Roll's vehicle back in the day?

Nah Sgt. Striker was shone riding it into battle during the early episodes of the show my friend has the complete series.

Sorry I meant the comic book. By the by while hunting for the new DVD sets I found the TRU troop builders. Be careful for the green shirts set since they all use Dukes body and one of the GS is packaged holding an uzi with both hands. A few packages I saw had the hands pulling out of the arms. One in particular looked like it was about to break. Sometimes I think hasbro listens with half an ear.

Hand might come out? Please, the SE that comes with the Pyramid of Darkness set, his hand popped off as soon as I tried to twist it. Battle action SE with realistic sword wound is what they are going to call it I guess.

BBTS had the two new ones in stock.

Something tells me that was more like a freak accident than a mold imperfection since I never heard of problems with the Wave 1 single carded SE mold. With that said I'm now going to discover dozens of complaints about that mold. What I don't get is that if they're trying to do the 85' mold why didn't they include the backpack with a sheath. It drives me nuts when a a guy comes with a sword and doesn't have a place to put it. Small complaint though.

I think this version is slightly remolded with those weird ankle things--at least I think they are new--, and you can sheath his sword by sticking it through his bandolier shoulder strap.

Yeah that's what I did with the wave 1 guy but the problem is that it does bend and well realistically speaking wouldn't he cut himself on his back if he just stuck a sword there. I've never tried it and don't plan to so IDK.

Well, seeing as how he's plastic, and came with no sheath, he has no choice, and will be fine.

I wonder what his blood is like. Ya think it's gooey like glue? Rubber Cement? Anyway anybody know about the controversy from several years ago when there was a Duke figure given away at a baseball game?

I thought the sword in the Pyramid of Darkness set went to quick kick, at least that i thought was the case since he is shown holding in it all the promo photo that I have seen when browsing through toy collecting magazines.

They both have one, and QK has his nunchuks. QK's is already in his backpack.

First, keep in mind that these are the figures that were believed to be the first wave of Resolute guys so the Duke in the set is basically all new tooling and SE has some extra web gear. Second, the DVD can be anything from new episodes the CGI movies or a compilation piece much like the DVD we got with the Prime/Megs two pack from two years ago. I'll be buying it since the SE is done up like one of the Snakes I've had my eyes on since I got back into Joes since he fits my idea of what SE should/would look like.

I finally found a wave 10 figure. Mutt and Junkyard, unfortunately they've been stuffing him in revision cases so I didn't find any of the others. At least it quells my fear that revision cases weren't moving in my area if they were able to put out another case or two.

I wasn't really interested in the figure at first. I didn't have him as a kid, and no memories of knowing the character in the cartoon or comics, but after buying him I actually like him.
I like the coloring of the vest a lot better then when it was on Roadblock, it looks like it's a whole new vest instead of the same one until you get a closer look.
I think the Junkyard dog is pretty cool, but did they have to go the extra mile and make him anatomically correct?

Anyways. I've yet to find any of the more recent waves or vehicles. Part of me is starting suspect they have them but aren't putting them on the shelves in anticipation of the holidays.

I finally got snow job have him standing next to my snow viper.

Well I finally found some of the newer figures at one of my local targets. They had pilot Scarlet, Airborne, and the Cobra Eeel. I got Airborne and the Eel. I must say, I am VERY impresed by the Eel's mold and design. It puts Torpedo to shame.

I'm still looking for more of the newer figs but it seems they may actually start showing up around here soon. I'll have to keep a lookout.

Just an FYI, all of the Targets in my area (Elgin, IL area) have 25th Anniversary figures on sale for $4.99. From what I saw on the shelf tag, the sale is supposed to run througth 12/4.

there's a report form hisstank that someone just received their doc figure. Seems the holdup was a retooling of the arms so we should eb getting them very soon.
