It's in your characters' upgrade pages, where you choose their alt modes.

Weapon: Flamethrower Cannons
Click upgrade on the character page for the character you want to give a bot form. You'll be given a choice, read further down, I believe it's a post called full robot list to get info on which robot mode does what.
