Just a note. My son (at 5) didn't want PRID Prime because he is not show accurate. "Optimu's arm does not shine in the cartoon" is what he said. And I have absolutely no interest hunting down the FE version for him. So Cyberverse commander class fits him better but I haven't seen any around me, yet.

Isn't this the reason we need friends all over the world?

I got Windcharger from UK with an exchange for classics Smokescreen.

I got Prime FE Cliffjumper from Canada with an exchange for Generations Black Shadow.

I got United Frenzy/Rumble from Taiwan as friends from there came here visiting.

I got FE Bulkhead from Taiwan as a friend went there for vacation.

So thank you Hasbro for making me connect with others around the globe. And no think you for making us all suffering.

That's what I've been hearing all the time. My cousin brought her kid over to visit one day, and he actually prefers the FE Arcee I've got on my desktop to the PRID one his mom got for him.

I think they should start re-examining their belief that kids like sounds and light-up gimmicks that don't actually feature in the show. Also, this nephew of mine, he doesn't balk at the more complex transformations at all.

To be frank, Hasbro's matra is basically "never waste a good mold". I expect the FE molds to be rereleased in the second year of Prime toys, or as box sets. They might have minor paint differences, but Hasbro sure as hell realizes everybody wants these and they'll make sure to release them somehow. Think of the BotCon Seekers which only saw retail in the Henkei line, but finally got released in Generations. Or War Within Grimlock and Prowl.

Yep. My son surprised me so many times about wanting the toy being show accurate. For instance, every time when he plays my FE Starscream, he keeps telling me I should paint his crest and missiles to red. And when I bought legion Cliffjumper and Arcee for him, he recognized right away Cliffjumper's weapon is Ratchet's sword and Arcee's weapon is Bumblebee's. "So where are Ratchet and Bumblebee?"

I wouldn't necessarily count on it, there are toys that never saw the light of day, even back in G1.
