Adam from Buffy. He was a demonic cyborg frankenstein type super soldier built by the Government with incredible intelligence, A nuclear power generator to keep him charged indefinitely, superhuman strength, inhuman resiliancy and a few weapons built into his body (A skewer belonging to the demon his left arm came from and a gatling gun robot right arm). Buffy, the Slayer, who is superhumanly strong, stood no chance against Adam by herself. She needed some magic spell to infuse her with great strength derived from her friends to stop Adam. Cap would have one hell of a time trying and failing to beat Adam on his own.

Captain America is too busy, either being dead or doing post credit joke scenes. The super soldier is just some gay guy in uniform who insists that he's 'super'. This is a non-starter.
