No no, sorry..those are figures people have sent in to be repainted, they're all in the taken apart stage, next to be hung and painted over.

Well, I kinda told you it was the mock up one..And that it was in that condition. Thus the price was what it was etc. But I'm glad you were able to find that paint. It's pretty common, but again, customs and post office just wouldn't let me ship that via USPS. Definitely post some pics once you get whatever else you're doing to it done. Thanks.

I keep costs pretty low..As long as people understand that it can take some time, depending on what figure they want etc, or when they pay..But, price, and generally I think I do pretty good work for them.

So where is the best place to advertise you are open to commissions and such? I need to make some extra money and i have been trying to get commissions but so far after several months i only have one.

Just on these type of message boards..That's all I've done..Post the repaints or kitbashing you're doing or working on, people can see it, if they like it, they can approach you on doing some work for them. Just let it be known that you're available for commissioned work..Don't just put that you're work is available on ebay..Which is what like 90% of the new painters seem to be doing..

So a nice sig with pics of my custom work and text saying i am open to commissions would help then?

Thanks for the info...usually people are too uptight about such things cos they are too greedy to spread the wealth.

I have a couple of customs on the way so hopefully i can get some work from people after them.

Had a bit of fun with RR Jazz and Megs here..Again, Megs is just silver right now, with some black detailing that doesn't show up on the pics right yet...This guy just picks up color and light so great..I'm really liking it so far. I took a pic to show that the interior light system still works just find, wings pop, makes noise, lights up etc..Just a bit more detailing and roughing him up then finished...

Poor Jazz.

Ok, he's all back together now..Just to add the last of the paint--Hope you like the finished product Tech:)

TC looks awesome. I need to get a spare screamer and do this myself so i can have all three major seekers.

Is he painted in enamel?

It's just the krylon paint, I think it's acrylic..But damn, it just took to this figure very well on the very first coat.

Actually doing my first kitbashing..I saw someone else remove some of the stuff on Energon Galvatron, and decided I wanted to go that route, and then, although it's just a mock up now..Gave him a cannon, and was even able to make it light up:)

And also added in the black I wanted on Megs..But I'll make another thread for him a bit later..

Cool, yeah, always open for business. And Classic Primes have found their way back onto some shelves for a bit, so, easy enough to find for now.

I bought a 2nd color of orange, as this cap was off a bit by color, and came out more peach than orange, which doesn't really work for a Sunspot. But all his whites are done, and tonight I'll get that new orange on him. Also, not pictured, is a late entry, I'll be making a Wheelie out of a Cybertron figure..I just have no idea what it's name was though. He'll be the same orange as Sunspot, or I'll use the peach. Not sure yet.
