Sweet looking guy! I'm not a huge fan of the character but the Head looks cool! Is that a complete new headmold or a clever paint app? I can't quite tell from the picture quality. This junkicon mold is a whole lot of fun too.

The head in question is the third head of the Wreck-Gar mold, used twice so far:

Had I not been at work the night the Club put up their Archive Sale, I would have jumped at the chance of getting the 2006 toys no matter the cost. But now, they continue to be beyond my reach. :-(

I love him! Now all we need is a Terrorsaur homage please.

I'm slightly concerned by the lack of spider minicons that his original solicitation pic, but I'm sure that they'll make it in.

I wish there was slightly more dark green scattered throughout than just on the rims, but it only takes off a point... not a big deal on an otherwise spot on deco (and thank god for that, because the original pink and sage was just horrid)! Black arachnia and terr and Scorp at top of my list. Inferno was a custom class exclusive. (though he was admittedly tiny.)

Ok. I love the classics seeker mold but would love an update. We complain about the increase in toy price but the toy quality for 96% has gotten better. I only wish we could've seen GoBot redecoes out of classics molds. Leader-1 here especially would be perfect. maybe from combiner wars airraid.

The BotCon 2006 one was Scout-sized, as he's repainted from Cybertron Scrapmetal.

That was a different Inferno, though, not meant for the "Dawn of Future's Past" set; instead meant to go with the Universe 2003 line as a post-Beast Machines, Vehicon-bodied, other universe, Decepticon version of Inferno:

And it really doesn't look like the guy, resembling him as much as any of the Beast Machines characters resembled their first-body Beast Wars selves.

There really wouldn’t be a pre-Beast Wars Inferno anyway, but I use this as one anyway, especially since there was already a post-Beast Machines Inferno

I always felt it would have been cool for them to make a pre-Beast Maximal Inferno from the Energon Blukhead mold, in which he could have been a Cybertronian firefighter and had the toy's Brute Mode accessory advertised as fire rescue equipment. :lol:
