BBTS henki Starscream?

I pe orderd him months ago and have not seen him. When I look him up at BBTS it says he is in stock. Anyone else have this problem with any other japanese classics or anything? anyone else recived thier henki Classics from BBTS that were pre-orderd? I gotta call em today and find out.
