Nu Gundam, easily. Not only is Amuro the better pilot, he also has Bits (The little guns that can seperate from the main part of the mech, and blow **** up, and are controlled by NewTypes' mental powers)

Weapon: Particle Beam Rifle

The funnels surround Wing Zero on all sides and blast him to hell. As kick-ass as the buster rifle is, it's not quick enough to defend from the onslaught of funnels. The vulcan cannons could destroy a few, while the shield offers protection, but only to some degree. Amuro easily.
