I remember way back when Primes flames were a hot topic of debate and so many had cried about it. It seems to me the most trivial thing now that I have seen the movie.

Anyone else feel there were some silly moments like this in fan history?

Uh...most of the arguments ever since I've been here, which isn't really all that long, but still...I lurked here for a long time.

i almost forgot about his flames in the movie. yeah but who gives about the flames it seems it didnt have to do anything with it. i didnt like the way the showed the truck pass by then OP on the hill. couldnt they have a better way to introduce OP instead of that short scene.

Yeah they really rushed through the whole protoform thing and that was kind of a big deal for the whole existance of the Transformers. I think the plot should have revolved more around their coming to Earth and shown more of the lead up to them being here among us.

Personally, I loved that they showed the TFs being able to scan and reformat "on the fly." Every other version of Transformers I can think of made it seem like reformatting was a big deal, but to the movie TFs, reformatting "ain't no thing."

As for the silly/stupid/etc./ things that people got upset about that basically didn't matter, I really hope this will teach the fandom as a whole not to get SO worked up about stuff, at LEAST until we've seen the final product.

It was never a big deal for me and the people that thought it was a big deal ever are the ones who truly need to get out more or something.

The only two designs I never liked (and still don't) is Megs and Screamer. Other than that, no real big problems with any of the other designs.
