But all the names you've mentioned were produced by big name companies, so they probably got legal permission to use the names of celebrities, films etc.
They can't be sued. It's over-the-top parody that only the dimmest of the dim would EVER think was really them.
Where as those two muppets on YouTube are just a couple amateur and very rubbish comedians, they probably have no right to use Bay, Speilberg or anyone of their copyright brand names and franchises.
They're not comedians, they're just 2 guys making very good and relevant points in a comedic way... and they don't have to go very far, as the content of their source material is preposterous as is.
If they wanted to do a parody, they should've changed the names slightly, probably in a comedic way. But they didn't so therefore they should be sued.

Movie fan death threats against Spielbay creators. Wow, take it easy, buddy! They're just voicing an opinion on how they feel. Geez!
Yeah very true. But i personally think there is a huge difference between a humourous parody and and insulting parody.
Not quite. This is both humorous AND insulting simultaneously. And this is good.
I guess it all depends on if Bay and Speilberg find it funny, if they were to find it insulting then they would have every right to sue.
In Bizarro world...
