I'm a bit confused...

Looking around Heavy Metal War, and its forum, I've been seeing things like RDD and AWC. My question is what are they?

Rather, they are the only two that have something resembling official approval. There's a lot of "tags" denoting various unofficial groups, but the AWC and RDD are the "big two".
