On target .com it says there exclusive give you codes to get the g1 skins in the game. I was wondering were these codes only be able to be used in games bought from target and if not will these codes be posted on the net. I asked this cause i want the collecters edition from game stop but i want to play with g1 skins thats available in the target version. And i dont want to buy 2 of the same game. What do you guys think.

Id love to know too. Anyone with a good update on this game?

As far as I know the games are the same, Target just has the extra robo vision book that will have the codes. I think each retailer is going to have their own specials.

That sort of stuff will appear on gamefaqs.com within minutes.

And naturally the UK will miss out on all of it

exclusive means just that...exclusive.

Its obvoius what hasbro is doing here...they are trying to cash in on TransFans by offering two seperate exclusive items. Pay 60 bucks and get a game with G1 skins...and then pay another 60 to get the special edition...

Music industries do this all the time with bonus tracks. The codes will be on the net no doubt, but mostt likely will only work for the exclusive version...kinda like how the need4speed games had a special edition with extra tracks and cars

Yeah the game will be the same cept for the xbox collectors version. the target version just comes with the robo vision decoder so you can see the codes, thats targets marketing strategy with all of the exclusive stuff.
