My system has 5 planets under the control of one player, two planets under the control of another, and another two independant planets. All these players are classisifed in the red as Stronger Players...
I'm going to have to work on fortifying my defenses before I can even consider branching out, I'm afraid. To that end I'm focussing primarily on Solar Plants, Mines and Deuterium Synths so I can get the resources to build some fat defense.(Am I right in thinking there's a noob defense system going though?)
As you can see, I'm very much outgunned. (Red numbers are the players ranks...)

My robotics plant should be level two, maybe three by tomorrow evening but a 13 hour shift at work and planned pub session may keep me from expansion until wednesday morning. At least my resources will pile up in the meantime! (Level 5 Met mines + lvl 4 crys mines are goooood.)

Is anyone actually going to spend real money on Dark Matter? :lol:

I've managed to build up a decent metal mining, now mining Deuterium is freakin slow...

Metal mine: 7
Crystal mine: 5
Deuterium mine: 2 (now upgrading - will have to cut back power)
Power: 7

hmmm..... Can only play it at home so upgrading take time for me... But it's a nice game to play when HMW is off.....

Tonight (in holland) i shall put trough a few upgrades.
Started all new in un.20 in un. 11 i allready did a few updates.

What uni you in Tan? I hope it's 20!

Please all new players join the SEIB alliance. We can communicate in-game then, and provide support.

They most likely will ignore you for now, either out of the need to be fair, or because your planets just aren't rich enough atm to make attacking worthwhile.

The next member to join will be our last captain. I don't think we need that many officers

Then everyone else will be a normal member!

In uni 20, I'm gonna spend the rest of the week upgrading the mines to peak capacity, so I can stockpile materials for my fleet. It's gonna be expensive getting battlecruisers.

In uni 33, I'm beginning hyperdrive research. But I need more solar plants to facilitate it, so I'll be upgrading that next.
