Voltron Lion Force - Driver Figures

*special thanks to DoubleClouder of TFW2005 who properly ID'd these ..

all i remember is playing with them when i was about 6/7ish .. if you do a 'search' you will find very similar figures that were released with the '98 series Voltron in the Third Dimension. These are highly detailed and possible figures

I would love to add some of these to my collection! I'm surprised that at this point in my collection that I don't have any pre-Transformer Transformers or Diaclone drivers. I'd love to get my hands on Diaclone Blue Swoop, Black Ironhide, the Diaclone Magnus giftset and Marlboro Wheeljack. Congrats on owning some DDs!

Diaclone rocks. I had a complete unplayed with Blue Bluestreak. Everything on tree and stickers on sheet. Totally tight. Sold it for $3K US two years ago. Regret it to this day but hey it was #3K US!

Wasn't somebody making a Diaclone Drive that looks like Spike from G1? I thought I read about it a while ago. Does anybody know what I'm talking about, have pix. Whoever, it was about halfway done and the fig looked a little sketchy, but had potential.

not really Diaclone Drivers (neat neverthe less)
i was thinking that it would be a repaint of a DD as Spike from TF:TM Animated or Headmasters

i am now being told by various other sources across TFandom
that THESE are not Diaclone Drivers

i assumed that since, as a kid .. never went to japan or ordered anything from overseas // they must of been the US version or a KO ??

... please tell me what they are then ???
what else would be the size of a TF driver ?
I have not been able to find anything that resembles them other than the DD;s

i dont care what they are ... just want a name * im all ears

Those are made by JutiToys. Diaclone driver sized and each one comes with a hard hat, wrench and a round base to stand on.

Those are made by JutiToys. Diaclone driver sized and each one comes with a hard hat, wrench and a round base to stand on.

They are not made by JustToys. I have them and they are made in Macau by a company known as Imposible Toys (http://www.impossibletoys.com, although a very sparse web site). This is the same company that makes the Quint-01. The quality on these is great for what they are. The paint detail is quite good.

Nemesis Prime do you have any cleared pix? I vaguely remember a cheesy toy playset that had little figures, BND(Back N tha Day). They ere little playsets that opened and closed, kinda like the girly Polly Pocket. Maybe they are from something like that.

Not Mighty Max, I forgot how silly those were.

i am still trying to get clearer pics .. this is the best my cam can do (also added to 1st post) ..

well it looks like these are NOT Diaclone drivers
but ARE Voltron drivers
