For me, the helmet stays on, and he gets called SixShot. He does have a total of six weapons, at least... 2x shoulder cannons, 2x wrist missiles, 1x double barrelled rifle, and quad head-cannons.

Sweet. I wish that I was going to Botcon, but...oh well.

I like it - especially the color scheme. My first reaction to the head sculpt was WTF?, but I slowly began to like it. He looks a bit crazy; like he loves to be given orders to blow stuff up.

I like the colour scheme because it's so old-school kitschy. Apart from the articulation and whatnot there's nothing that looks modern Transformer about him.

Too bad I'll never get my hands on the fellow. Ah well.

This one leaves me severely underwhelmed. Its just a Jetfire with different color trim. The new head is nice, but.....meh

I do really like the Dreadwind character, but as nice as the new head mould is, it doesn't seem enough somehow - certainly not worth whatever it is it's going for. I'm currently working on my own version of this, actually, and hopefully it'll turn out somewhat more Dreadwind-y than this has. If I only I had access to the casting facilities...

Consider this:

Take a Classics Seeker mold, preferably a Starscream/Ramjet hybrid. Half-transform the seeker, by folding the cockpit into robot mode, but leave the nosecone intact. Set this on top of the Jetfire/Dreadwind jet, once you've removed the rocket pack. See what I'm getting at? You just need to attach the pegs from the rocket pack to the upper surface of the seeker jet. It means sacrificing an entire Jetfire to do it... but then you could have an effective (if smaller) Darkwing, and still maintain the Dreadwing combined form.

Holy crap that is UGLY. At least he has a nice set of pearly white teeth.

Thrust, Thundercracker, and Dirge are awesome...Dreadwind and Bugbite not so much.

i could take it or leave it. If i get the set its for the other seekers

i like the bug bite repaint much better than this jetfire one. changing the head doesn't make me want it that bad. the dirge and thrust are cool too. i'd trade my ramjet for the dirge. is there going to be a way to ever get these without going to the botcon, or buying from e-bay?
