They're for sale here, not in the general part of the game- if you're interested in anything listed in the OP then pm the owner and arrange a time together where they'll release it to sale and you'll be able to pick it up.

Minicons can't be bought or sold. You PM someone, there's a button the the bottom of the post. They set up a time,a nd you both watch the armory. They'll sell the weapon, and yo refresh the page. And hopefully, no one else takes it.
