Being with transformers for almost 30 years well when TF 4 hits in 2014 will mark my 30th year I have ideas. And one of them is replacing the fallen Decipticons from DOTM.

Basically I would use - Thundercacker or Skywarp, also Galvatron before you say oh Dear God not Galvatron. Here me out this wouldnt be an Upgraded Megtron no no we have seen this way to much. This Galvatron is Megatron's Sibling hit Brother older Brother. He finds out that his sibling was killed by OP so he and his Decipticon army launches a full scale attack for revenge.

Galvatron would be deadlier, meaner, bigger, also new Alt.Modes with deadlier weapons compared to Megatron.

These Decipticons come from Chaar they fled Cybertron during the Great War before Megatron died he sent out a distress beacon to Chaar and this alerted Galvatron & the Remaning Decipticons about what happened in Chic.

Also I would use Trailblazer to replace Ironhide also bring in Rodimus and Ultra Magnus incase something happens to OP in the new Trilogy thus setting up for Rodimus Prime.

I would use Twincast to replace Soundwave but he would be a Decipticon this time not a duplicate clone of anything his own deal.

New Alt.Mode New Look maybe similar towards TF-Primes Soundwave also diffrent Colors Red, Black with an Orange Eyes like a Covering type of deal.

Char would be like a Military Zoned Planet focusing on WarFare but not at War they sell, make and buy Adavanced Tech.

This Char isnt a dead-husk such as Generation 1 Char Was.

I would like to see Thundercracker and Skywarp come in, but especially Blitzwing. A triple changer would be awesome! As for Autobots, there's NO replacing Iron Hide. With that being said, how about Grimlock with the G1 personality (minus the low IQ) but with the RID vehicle mode? I would also like to see Kup, maybe as a long forgotten Lieutenant as the commanding officer of an Autobot platoon that disapeared after Cyberton was lost.

Sorry I have off days I mess spelled and I am not perfect.
Decepticons sorry I mispelled.

On my Twincast character I was thinking of changing Twincast altogether into a new mold being a new Fem Decepticon.

She would be a Predator Drone similar towards Prime's Soundwave her colors would be Orange, Black & Red.

She would be a expert Hacker, Tactician, Spy.

Her Weapons would be Long Range Lazer Sniper Rifle. An Energon Blade Weapon also she would have a companion such as Soundwave does with Lazerbeak so then would Twincast have.

Twincast would have Buzzsaw but not a Lazerbeak clone it would be its own deal.

Twincast would have a Visor Like Face, Black Body, with some Red Coloring and the Visor is Orange. Buzzsaw would be Yellow & Orange.

Look I said I am sorry on the misspelling of Decepticons even I am not perfect and also It was a typo on my end. For that I apologize.

Also with Twincast - Her Buzzsaw would transform into a Mini-Drone seen in Transformers DOTM.

Buzzsaw would be Attached to Twincast Back detaching from her and would be her eyes spying on the enemy.

Twincast dosent like to fight up close & personal such as people like Ironhide and others.

Twincast likes to get advantages on her enemies like ontop of roofs or hidden in the darkness.

One of her abilities is she can Cloak making her completly invisible but only for a short time.

But like i said my bad on Decepticons I mis-spelled and I am not perfect.

I did not like the killing off of many Gen1 staples at the end of DotM from the Decepticon ranks. I also do not want to see Megs die every movie and miraculously be reborn in the next movie.

My idea:
Blitzwing and Astrotrain assume lead of the Decepticon ranks. Cyclonus takes the role if second in command behind 1a and 1b, but Cyclonus feel he should lead himself (almost assuming the role of Gen1 Starscream).

I would also like a flashback of some sort showing Starscream secretly building the Combaticons or another combiner group. This would give the already dispatched Screamer some credibility as the manipulative Con he was always known as.
