The plan involves being able to exist in our universe and doing so requires them to be alive, just my guesswork.
I'ld be happy if he held his cards until he could make a full scale power play, like resurrecting the pretender tech with a small team and some seekers in tow.i_amtrunks wrote:Somehow I doubt that will happen!Leonardo wrote:I'd also like to see Starscream reappear but with a little change in personality. Maybe his recent beating at the hands of Megatron re-instills that controlling fear he spoke of in Infiltration. Perhaps we could have a Starscream who now has a full appreciation of Megatron's power and is willing to serve without ulterior motive. At least for a while.

They cant fight the Reapers or the Decepticons. There's simply not enough of them to do anything. Now that may change with the Dinobots dusted off and Hunter becoming Sunstreaker's headmaster.
It still isnt too late for Hot Rod and Wheeljack to get Ironhide out.
I think Ravage and Lazerbeak were under human control but Soundwave overode that control since they are bonded.
I have a personal hunch based on the end of Devastation #3 that Galvatron is coming to take out the Reapers. I think they are the loose cannons in all of this and them wiping Earth clean would be counterproductive to whatever the Dead Universe's plans are. The Reapers seemingly captured the Terrorcons with ease and were going toe to toe with Sixshot and didnt take the beating the lesser Autobots did on Earth. I doubt even the boosted Decepticons will do much damage even with Megatron in the fight. But, I could be wrong. We know that Megatron on Ore-13 is a bad ass but Starscream on Ore-13 cant hang with Megatron.

Doctor Reggae wrote:Another thought--that All Hail Megatron thing that's coming out later this year...think it might be related to the ongoing storyline? I don't know if it'll be in a different continuity or not, but when I looked at the picture that Ryall posted online yesterday (and I like Megs holding Prime's head on a stick), I wondered if Megs and the Cons actually might seize control of Earth...especially if Prime's group is pulling out...

Doctor Reggae wrote:I've been wondering about the status of Hound's unit coming to Earth as well. If they go to Earth and stay there until Prime comes back, they'll probably only be observers. There's, what, four of them left in that group? Sideswipe, Road Rocket, Warpath, Hound, and...am I forgetting someone? Of course, 'Swipe will want to find Sunstreaker--and how he reacts to the Headmasters...not to mention how Hunter will probably have to prove himself...that might be interesting.
As for Galvatron vs. potentially everyone...that should be pure gold, I tell ya...
