Thought you'd like to know, the Northridge Walmart just put out all of their ROTF toys. Haven't been to any others, but will do more hunting in the morning.

Has anyone seen Human Alliance Bumblebee, is he Wave 1? Hitting Walmart at lunch today!

EDIT- what about the Bruticus and Superion combiner re-paints? Long Haul? #-o

I just walked out of a Wal-Mart down here in Bloomington-Normal with

Dead End
Dirt Boss
Knock Out
Prime (Voyager)
Starscream
Ironhide
Demolishor
Sideswipe
Rampage
Bumblebee
Sideways
Breakaway
Prime (Leader)
Megatron (Leader)

The hooks and shelves were freshly packed - at least 5 of each character, including a number of Legends class, Robot Replicas, and Robot Heroes. They had only 4 Leaders (2 Prime, 2 Megatron). I left one of each - both looked like they had beed kissed by a forklift.

No Jetfire, no Long Haul, not even an effing Soundwave!!

Here's a bit of what I saw at two of the three of my area Wal-marts--
-Voyager Prime, 'Hide, Screamer, Demolisher
-Sideways, Rampage, Dirt Boss, Dead End (scout), Brawl
-Chromia, Sideswipe, Skids, Breakaway(? - The Autobot jet), Smokescreen, Bumblebee
-Leader Prime and Megs

There were more characters in the Scout Class, but I can't recall. I saw no Human Alliance or Combiner repaints. The lack of Soundwave was complete bunk.

Will be hitting up Targets and TRU later.

At the super Wal-Mart in Peoria on Allen Rd The shelves where filled. I picked up Leader OP, only one of those and voyager Starscream. Also I went to Target- nothing and went to TRU- also nothing. When does leader Jetfire get released?

Walmart in Glen Ellyn (Rt 53 and Butterfiled Rd) was in full ROF mode! I got:

Leader:
Prime
Megatron

Voyager:
Demolisher
Starscream

Deluxe:
Sideswipe
Rampage

And a FAB Bumblebee for my daughter.

No Jetfire (Wave 2 IIRC), Long Haul, or Human Alliance figs. No Supreme DEvastator, either, not like hje was an option today. I bought too damn much as it was.

Separately, and quite coincidentally, I got in the mail the Encore mini-bots set and a complete Energon Landquake! Best, most Transformer-rific day EVAR!

Targets in Golf mill and Touhy put their stuff out, but its only wave 1! Walmart on Golf rd has their stuff out, wave 1 & 2! Target on Howard is not putting anything out til 2morrow! Idiots!! Tru on golf had nothing out!

Of all the guys that I know who found Soundwave, its been only at targets, no walmarts!

Wal Mart on State St in Rockford was redoing their shelves when I showed up. THe one on Northridge had all their gear out, as did both Targets. None of the locations had wave 2 stuff, but I'm wagering on the State St. having it tomorrrow. THe State St WalMart DID have the wave one stuff out on a middle display.

All four stores had both leaders, all Voyagers, Dead End, Dirt Boss, Rollbar, and KnockOut scouts (no Ransack or Depthcharge); both voice helmets, all FABS, Gravity Bots, and the Deluxes: Sideswipe, Sideways, Rampage, Wheelie, Breakaway, Chromia, Smokescreen, BB, Desert Brawl, and Skids....

...my wallet hurts...

Found 4 fallens at target in highland park, I grabbed them all for friends. If you see ratchet, then they have or had the fallen! He's in the same case! If you dont see them, ask an employee!

Rockford area TRU had no Fallen out, but it looks like they shoved their backstock of Animated out on the shelves...

another cool thing was with bumblebee I got a human alliance BB poster with an add for some wave one stuff on the back it said comming this fall so maybe not til August or Sept.

Just got back from the Rockford TRU. No Soundwave or Fallen, but they do have Ransacks and Depthcharges, as well as the typical deluxe, voyager, and leader assortment.

Made my rounds yesterday morning. My sightings that stand out are as follows: found Stratosphere, Robot Replicas Wave 2, Gravity Bots Sideswipe and Mudflap and Scouts Ransack and Depthcharge at Schaumburg TRU. Also found Whirl/Bludgeon at Schaumburg and Golf Mill TRUs - seem to be more than plenty, probably will become a peg sitter for a while. One Stratosphere left at that store as of 11am yesterday. Tons and tons of Soundwaves and Bumblebees at Higgins Target in Schaumburg. Hardly anything at Rolling Meadows Meijer, which surprised me. New wave 2 FABs at various Walmarts. Found ROTF Voyager Ratchet at Golf Mill Target, but no "The Fallen". Tons of wave 2 deluxes at Golf Mill Walmart yesterday morning. Snagged Wheelie, Smokescreen, Brawl, Chromia and Skids at that store.

Has anybody come across the mysterious Mixmaster, or voyager Megatron? I've been searching! I also came across several Superion sets at the Target in Crestwood. $29.99 each to anyone looking for it.

I have a feeling that some stores received cases early. BotCon had some early on Thursday night so I'm sure they're slowly leaking out. I heard the same stories that they were found at various stores. I'm really hoping to get my hands on The Fallen. I had an opportunity to buy him on HTS yesterday but passed because I didn't want to pay $8 shipping for a figure that I have a feeling will end up as a pegsitter eventually (though I've been wrong about that before).

Almost bought Universe packaged Superion and Bruticus from BBTS but cancelled my order after I started reading just how many ROTF versions there are in the back at Targets. Since I reprogrammed the VSD, I now have the ability the make the characters belong to multiple series so that's how I'll handle the Superion and Bruticus characters so I guess it doesn't matter which version packaging I end up with.

Target in Villa Park, North Ave., had 2 Soundwaves and one Fallen. I bought a SW and that Fallen, but the SOB is missing his alt mode nose cone! Now I'll have to track down a replacement, arg.
