I know I'm in the UK and the response I've had from the Club is that it just takes longer to reach over-seas members, but surely it should have shown up by now.

Is anybody else still waiting or am I alone? From the club response so far it seems like it will just be tough luck if he doesn't arrive!!

How long have you been waiting? I was told by someone who does a lot of shipping it usually takes around 10 business days for something to get to the UK via FedX and UPS, a little quicker by TNT. But that's also from the east coast of the USA. I have no idea where the TFCC is located.



edit: If there's a tracking number check that. If not check the custom declaration number. There should be a website that deals with UK customs where you can plug it in.

Unfortunately, no tracking number as apparantly they were all bulk shipped via DHL. Shipped beginning of August, but some people have only been getting theres back end of September. It seems that attaching Sideburn to a pigeon and pointing him in the general direction of the UK would have given it more chance of arriving!

Do you know where you would get the custom declaration number?

Talking to same guy I mentioned before and he said the people who shipped it have to have some sort of shipping record / documentation. TFCC has to have a decloration number to give you. Maybe not for your one toy, but for the mass shipment (this'll let you know if it got in country). Because you know it was sent via DHL you should be able to take the decloration number and plug it into their website to find out where it is, which should tell you who the mass distributor is... providing it got delivered. From there you'd have to contact the distributor.

It's a crazy method but the only other way he knows of how to do it would be to contact TFCC directly and ask for the distributor contact information for the UK. Either way you need to get hold of the distributor.
