I just hope the story finishes up the implied connection between Setsuna and Feldt. Don't leave us hanging!

As we get closer, I'm getting more hyped for the 00 movie and the Unicorn Gundam OVA series.

If you have considered MG Guntank, and haven't picked it up, I recommend it. I finished spraying the inner frame and it is magnificent. I have the armor primed, but I like the inner frame so much I'm in no hurry to finish the armor. Guntank is my #1 MG for 2009.

I finished PG OO Raiser's inner frame and test fit the armor and it is removable if you're gentle with it. I like the kit, but in no way is it worth a $300 price tag in my opinion. The shoulder locking pieces are in the wrong place and the weight of the GN Sword III drags the arm down. The kit just feels like an oversized MG. I was originally going to build and display three of them, but now I'm going to do a custom paint job on one and gift the other two to friends.

Anyone else disappointed with what has been shown of MG GN-X's inner frame? There doesn't appear to be much of one. I'll be waiting for Dalong's review before purchase.

The MG Guntank is on my list of future models to buy for sure. I have the MG G-Fighter and RX-78-2 Ver 2.0. I'd like to get the Guntank, GM Ver 2.0, and hopefully Bandai will make a Ver 2.0 of the Guncannon. Then we'd have current generation of MG designs for all the Hero Mobile Suits from MSG.

I've heard some people remark that the PG 00 Raiser didn't live up to their expectations and it's funny you mention that it seems like a large MG as I've heard/read that on a few occasions by owners of the model kit.

I'm not really dissapointed by the MG GN-X's inner frame, or at least what I've seen of it so far. The MG Exia's inner frame isn't what I would consider a complete inner frame with gaps showing unless they're covered by armour. So with that in mind, I'm not expecting a full fledged inner frame for the MG GN-X. I will very likely be getting the MG GN-X but I too want to see some reviews before committing to a purchase.

The Full Armor RX-0 Unicorn Gundam looks neat but I think the FA tag is misleading. I think "Full Armament" is more suitable. With the Destroy Mode's need to expand the body of the RX-0, I wonder if there will be a true FA version since that could be a troublesome design.

I'd love to see Guncannon 2.0 as well.

You make a good point about MG Exia. I was one of the few that didn't think it lived up to its MG billing. I like the 00 designs, but I've always thought Bandai limited the non grade 1/100 articulation to boost MG kit sales.

1/100 non grade Tieren Ground Type is a better kit than MG Exia in my opinion. If you don't have the Tieren Ground Type I highly recommend it.

Did anyone else buy the 1/8 MG Son Goku? Mine should be here next week.

I really like the Tieren series of Mobile Suits. I plan on getting the 1/100 Tieren Ground Type some time down the road for sure.

I bought the 1/8 MG Figurerise Son Goku too! I can't wait for it to arrive. I think it could open the door for some very nice non-mecha MG model kits. I think it would be best for characters with super exaggerated physiques since the cut joints at places like the elbows won't look too obtrusive. For this reason, I think Hokuto no Ken characters could really look great as Figurerise models.

I don't even like MG Exia... the non-grade 1/100 is one of my favourite kits of all time. MG's just not necessary for it in my opinion....

Maybe it would be different in person but from the photos of 1/100 NG Exia, I have to say I prefer the MG version. The 1/100 NG version has odd proportions, mainly the size of the head and the length of the arms and legs. However, those proportions work just fine in the 1/100 Avalanche Exia due to the inclusion of extra armour.

Speaking of NG 1/100 kits, I think the 1/100 NG Astraea and Astraea Type-F look very nice. I prefer the Type-F because it has a nice colour scheme and I like the extra head components like the visor and alternate V-fin.

Good God! Look at it! It would have all the articulation of a brick. I think that's why there are so many guns, it can't move well enough to aim, so it has to compensate by being made of guns. And I seriously doubt it could walk, it doesn't even have knees.

A setup like that is usable, but it's clearly meant more for use in a zero-G environment and not meant to travel far from it's mothership.

For anyone interested, HLJ has just listed the October 2009 issue of Hobby Japan as being in stock. This magazine includes the XN Raiser model kit, 1/144 scale, and it's compatible with the 2nd season Gundam 00 hero Gundams. So here's your second chance at getting the XN Raiser for your HG 1/144 00 Gundam. Additionally, if you buy this issue of Hobby Japan, you also get a flat brush from Hobby Japan. Nice bonus. :)

That Seravee looks like it needs to be in Trans-Am mode to move, hehe. However, it has enough firepower to pull off the Death Blossom!

Edit: My mistake, the Dengeki Hobby magazine I mentioned includes the GN Sefer model kit.

Here's some pic for Tieria in the movie? (Maybe he's a clone?)

And.... on the topic of 6 Seraveess... I think I'm going to try to Mass Army Build Enacts/Aheads over the summer. They usually go for $15 a piece Canadian at some of the stores in Vancouver.. :)

Gah! Thwarted by the MG Astray Red Frame Kai! So pretty...

Hmm, that could be a clone of Tieria. Maybe he did something similar to Ribbons and made a bunch of back up copies. So there could be multiple Seravees in the movie! Or not. Hehe.

With all the variations of the Enact and Ahead in the HG line, you could build a small army without even buying duplicates!

Tieria is supposed to appear as a hologram. Technically, he'd be controlling his Gundam remotely, but this means he can appear as a hologram inside his mobile suit, arms crossed with an "I'm too good for this" expression on his face, and send a video feed to enemy pilots of him slaughtering them while not even touching the controls of his Gundam. At least, that's what I would do.

I was watching vegeta's youtube review of MG Son Guku when mine was delivered from HLJ. Started building it today and it's a nice kit. Also got the Feb. Dengeki Hobby which came with the decals for the Unicorn head base. If you want the base, and haven't purchased it, Rainbow 10 still has some in stock.
