Has anyone picked up the Kamen Rider kits? Wow they really can do humanoid figures too. I know they're not Gundam but sorta in the family ya know.

Anyone else notice Epyon's hands? They look like one piece. Just something for the prototype maybe? Or is it possible they are going back to the cheap rubber hands used in the G Gundam MG's?

I'ts possible that the hands are either a, unfinished and will be articulated, or b, optional "fixed position" hands that some MGs have been known to come with in addition to articulated ones. I can't see them going back to the G-Gundam ones... though I did like the way those looked... I like my Spiegel...

I've got MG Cyclone/Joker Kamen Rider Double. The proportions are a little off... for example the hands are way too small... but overall still an awesome kit.

I'm hoping the wings get tweaked a little to match the original sketch. Those wings are just too.... blocky? i think that's the word i am looking for.

While re-watching some Gundam Wing, I realized two things:

1. Noin is a total babe.

2. Why the hell hasn't there been a MG Leo or Aries? There was no love for the grunt suits from Gundam Wing!

Hilde is more of a babe than Noin :)

I just started watching Turn A Gundam. I can't believe I thought it was X -> Turn A -> Wing -> Seed/Destiny -> 00 -> Unicorn till yesterday. #-o

Should I watch X before Turn A?

Does it matter? None of them are connected, and Turn-A had it's own unique designs, so it's not like watching it out of place will mess with the natural progression through the series of mobile suit designs

Two more preview images, however, all of these pics are making me notice something about this kit, or rather, notice something apparently missing from this kit: Where in the name of Zechs Merquise is Epyon's beam sword? I do believe we'll get it, as evidenced by the small hole in the right side skirt shown in the lower image, but I have to wonder why they haven't included it in the photos yet...

Anyone else watch Gundam UC episode 3 yet?

Aside from being one of the most exciting episodes yet, it was so great to see all of the older Neo Zeon War era mobile suits get the 'Sleeves' treatment. Some great looking suits, looking great on Blu Ray! 8)

I watched a little bit last night.. but I dunno i just don't like how it's set as movies instead of a season.

The impatient side of me completely agrees with you. However, since the novels aren't translated yet, the OVAs are the only way I can experience it, and their release schedule make the awesomeness last that much longer!

Of course, this is coming from a guy who's favorite manga gets about 8 chapters released a year...

I understand where you're getting at. I enjoy how Break Blade is presented in a movie format, and I see how Gundam Unicorn can be paced slowly, and has it's pros. I dunno, It's just that I'm used to the episode format for a Gundam series.. the changing MS's.. the intros and endings. etc.

And ugh! I thought we'd go through a Gundam series without the nude pilot-pilot interaction. Lol.

I don't think a MG for a GW Leo or a Taurus would be too far off, seeing as 00 had the GNX. I'm still a bit confused that the Gadessa/Gadess/Garazzo never made it to the 1/100-MG scale seeing as they use the same upper torso and legs.. and that would be easy $$$ for Bandai. Plus having Exia, Dynames, Kyrios, Virtue, 00-Raiser, Cherudim, Kyrios, Seravee and Qant versus one GNX is overkill!

Agreed, that scene is way over used lately.

Though, I don't usually mind it when it is two actual Newtypes involved.

Blurrz wrote: the intros and endings. etc.

I miss a solid opening as well. I think the endings are great in Unicorn so far. Despite how depressed I get when I know I won't get a new episode for a solid 6 months...
