Yep. and "Cybertronian" (refering to a person from Planet Cybertron) would be "Seibātoronseijin" (since, in this case, "jin" means "person" or "man").

Just like how the Quintessons were called "Quintessaseijin" (Planet Quintessa People).

And Earthlings are "Chikyūjin" ("Chikyū" literally means "soil sphere", but also refers to Planet Earth).
