I've faced that situation before shadow... but prior to the threats! The trick is to chuckle just loud enough for them to hear, and then just walk away fake chuckling. Shadow... I implore you... work on the fake chuckle. it has saved me from many a conflict!

I have too agree. It does work.

It also makes the said potential love interest feel very small cause you laughed at their blow up.

Practice it, and believe me less and less girls will laugh at you. It builds confidence to be a jerk off sometimes. Girls really seem to like that none sense. Don't let them tell you otherwise.

The biggest thing about how people preciece the other sex seems to stem from how they have been treated/exposed to them.

For me, I'm shy like crazy around guys. ESP cute guys. I've only been in 'love love' before once and I never had the courage to tell him before I moved away. I regret it now, and ESP then. I cried for the longest time after that.

Hey! I do the chuckle all the time, except at guys... when they think they're hot stuff. It's combined with an evil laugh... so it's more bellowing I guess... Oh, and always follow up with a glare. NOBODY messes with you after a straight up ice cold glare!

I pulled it off once at this hag lady, and it was a splash. My friends were worried that I was going to as-plode with hatred.

You speak the truth. Women, in the West at least, want an @sshole who paints his face orange at stupid UT games, and gets drunk every weekend...then when they get pregnant when he leaves, they wonder how "this" happened to them, when it was their choice all along.

Kind of like blaming the IRS for an audit when you have been cheating on your taxes for the better part of a decade.

So, in conclusion, women are not evil really, but certain societies/cultures encourage and enforce evil behavior, it just seems more obvious to men that women are evil b/c it is usually men trying to analyze women. Same applies for the women calling all guys "pigs"-not all are, but it seems this way, and largely, it is...because Western society encourages/reinforces it.

Most people are not independent in thought to actually go their own way, as painful as it may be. People, as individuals can be brillaint, but as a crowd, as a "people", they are sheep lead to slaughter.

I prefer a more nonchalant route. I say things like "Okay" and "Whatever," pretend like I'm only fake listening.

It works against anyone. A guy tried to steal stuff from me, to which I said "Okay, go ahead. Take it." IO wasn't the least bit threatening, but he just put it down and walked away.
