Is it sad that I'm only just now watching Mortal Kombat: Annihiliation for the first time?

No, if I had known how much the film sucked. I would have avoided it watching it as well. So I'll be the first to apologize.

sucked? Maybe. But still fun if you enjoy laughably bad flicks (and I've got a shelf full of old Godzilla movies to that effect).

MK: Annihiliation is okay... it's not great but okay. Without the tournament and familiarity the first movie had it really couldn't compete.

Yeah, that and they tried to throw in way too many characters at once.

Although what I thought was funny as hell, was in the Sub-Zero II/Scorpion fight, they had the same music as used in one of the scenes in the first Matrix, where they all went to the Matrix to see the Oracle.

yeah. and many of the characters were just there for 1 scene and had almost no character development (kinda like Jazz in the TF movie). Sub Zero and scorpion are only seen once despite being perhaps the most famous characters in all of MK.

It was so frustrating to make. Image ready wanted to do weird things, things it never did before.

I've been reading a couple things about how the X-Box 360's HD-DVD drive add-on can be used with a PC with minimal Hassle. Seeing as I own aPC and an HDTV, Do you think it's a good investment to pick up the HD-DVD drive as a player?
