I don't think it's empty, I think it's just hard to see Grimlock with his coloring, almost like low light camouflage.

I have the "Blame Canada" song from South Park the Movie, playing in my head now for why we can't find any of these in the USA.

Just got mine at south Oshawa Ontario. Just happened to walk in right after they finished the mod for the transformers section. Funny thing is they were shown in stock but not able to be put out before the mod was done the night before. guess my prayers for a quick mod to be done and not have to wait forever and go back every day till he showed up on the shelf were answered lol.

Lots of figures have come out at Canadian retail this past week. Walmart finally stocked the final toys from Robots in Disguise, the two crash combiners Primelock and Sabreclaw. Over at Toysrus, their exclusive Cyberverse Thundercrakcer has been found (still no word on this toy coming to the US). Ultra Shockwave and Shadow Striker from the same line were found as well.

As for Power of the Primes, every figure from the main line has now been accounted for since both Firestar and the wave 3 legends class figures have been found at Toysrus. The wave 3 Studio Seies figures as well (though those have been available for order at Amazon.ca for a little while).

Also, and most peculiar of all, the Transformers Authentics toys have finally been found in Canada. For the moment, they have only been found at Giant Tiger which is Canada's answer to Ollie's. Only the smaller ones were spotted so far and are priced at $10 CAN a piece, which is far from cheap.
