No sign of Meantime nor High Score, so I just bought High Score from the Walmart down the road.

Did you take a TRU flyer? I hope you didn't pay full price!

I didn't even think of that...

Go back tomorrow with flyer in hand and they will honor it.

I just came back from having done that. I had put my flyer in the recycling last week, so I had to bike to TRU, grab a flyer, then bike to the Walmart, spend about 10 minutes explaining to 2 Walmart employees that the sale is on all Real Gear figures, not just the watch and that High Score 100 is part of the Real Gear line. Eventually, I got my money back and that felt great. It's also nice to see that Walmart hires special needs people.

Anyway, the Brossard TRU also has FAB Frenzy available. And the Voyager Megs is long gone!

Well, Wal-mart is starting to do their big reset. I went today and my local Wallys were in the middle of moving all the toys around. I was also in there last night when they were closing and they had got in two boxes of Voyagers, one box of deluxes, some other crap and a box of the movie rock 'em sock 'em robots. Today, none of those were out. That is common place when they plan on doing a reset, as they don't want to have to move things twice.

I'd be looking for Towline and Co. within a few weeks.

You mean Longarm, right? The tow truck?
He looks pretty badass; I checked out Remy's gallery of him this morning. Strange thing is they didn't give him his signature weapon: towing crane becomes spinning plow/shield like in the game. Instead it becomes a badass rifle!

Yes, your right, I'm clearly drunk

I don't think that Towtruck and the Game Towtruck are the same bot. Then again I don't think Hasbro wants two different towtruck Transformers in one line. I've had Longarm ( I typed Towline again, BTW) since before we had a name released for him. It pays to know people 8)

But ya, he and Payload are awsome figures.

He's clearly supposed to be the game towtruck drone.
1- Same body and colours in both modes.
2- It says right on the package 'As seen in the Transformers video game.' Aha, I win again! :P

But yes, he is clearly inspired by the tow truck from the movie, only the text on his door is different (I think it was Mark's Towing in the movie) and naturally, there weren't any Autobot logos.

EDIT:
Payload looks good too, except for the kibble in robot mode. That grabbing arm that extends from his crotch, is it REALLY necessary?

Can't say I ever really got a good look at him in the game as everytime I got close enough to look at him I got hucked across the screen. Plus you're right, I've said the same thing to someone else on the boards. I must be loosing it

... and yes, the face hugger crotch thing is completely necessary. :-x :P

Now, now, boys... certainly T&A was a far better topic than this.

Aaaaaanyway...

Good to hear they're actually getting around to changing some things in the Walmarts. It'll still be ages before we see anything new around here... :?

Saw two or three Robot heroes Megatron/Ultra Magnus and Bumblebee/Soundwave 2 packs at the TRU in Anjou. They also had restocked the FABs (first two waves) and had those three TT6" Cheetors there.

I was there this evening. They have left:

x3 WW Megatron
x3 The Fallen
x2 G1 Ultra Magnus

It always happens to me, I ended up buying Megatron online the other day, for the same price shipped. Then in usually like a week or two it shows up around here. At least I'll get it in the American packaging. Also, this time it wasn't a curse as it provided me with the chance to get Ultra Magnus.

It's weird. I almost bought a second Magnus and WW Megatron just because they look soooooo good in the packaging. Plus I get just as excited thinking about buying it a second time for some reason. F'n Hasbro and retail outlets everywhere must love me.

A store in Brentwood of Burnaby appears to be receiving cases of Deluxe Classics figures. They had 2 mirages, 2 cliffjumpers and a rodimus.

I picked up Rodimus, still seeking Bumblebee though.

The store also had some titanium figures. WW Seekers I believe.

Well, went shopping today and found nothing I liked. But you might be interested in some. The town, Trois-Rivieres, about 1 hour from Montreal.

Wal-Mart:

-Some Titaniums
-Some Cybertron leader or supreme class figures.

Zellers:

-Some movie figs, nothing big though.
-Some Titaniums (soundwave and Optimus in particular)
-Some classics (starscream and astrotrain)
-Cybertron Starscream and others

Toysrus:

-Alternators : Skids, Camshaft
-Classics : Megatron, starscream, astrotrain, Jetfire, Cliffjumper, minicons and others.
- Movie ; Bonecrusher, arcee, dreadwing, swindle, wreckage, barricade, Jazz, Ironhide, Starscream.

Sears :

-Classics ; Optimus, Mirage, Megatron, optimus vs megatron
-Movie ; Ratchet, blackout, protoforms, wreckage, dreadwing.
-Cybertron leaders.
-Titaniums
-alternators : Skids, Camshaft, Ricochet, Rollbar.

That's it. Enjoy your hunt.

I found 2 Titanium Soundwaves at the Brossard Bay. I caved and bought one, will most likely mod it so it doesn't look so ugly.

Exactly, which is why I bought. Still, in robot mode, he has too much grey crotch area. I'm hoping to change that; I've seen some mods and it looks nice!

The thing that REALLY bugs me is that I know I'll buy the Soundblaster repaint in order to get Ravage!
:P

Also, the Brossard TRU has FAB Megs. He looks very... strange.

EDIT: I found Voyager Megs and Prime at The Bay on Ste-Catherine Street today. They also have Dreadwing and Arcee, but no Concept Camaro.

Oh, hell no! Can you return him by any chance? Get a refund/store credit? I went to the Champlain Mall's The Bay yesterday and the Titanium Soundwave is still there. You should get him, save yourself some coin.
