Actually, thanks for the insight and critique on religion and all that malarky. However I have to ask, since the DW MTMTE series isn't, by your astute definition considered canon, how then is the Bible considered canon, when it clearly wasn't written by the creator of our universe? At least, not directly. Not trying to start any agro, ask anyone, I am open to other's opinions (unlike some other Tra...members), just wondering how you view that.

You have a very good insight on this topic, and i like that .. the Bible can be taken as canon for these reasons: some believe that the Hebrew Torah was written by direct influence from G-d, the other sections of the Bible claim to be eye witness accounts and/or written first hand - I do not agree with the "pick and choose" method of allowing books of the Bible into canon, which is why myself and my faith believes in "all" religious Gospels/books - we do not discriminate.

So seeing as these books are written either first hand, or as eye witness accounts o what is happening around them ... it is canon. A book written about Jesus written today would not be considered canon.

Me and my cuzin replased the drinks in our school lunchroom dispencer with lemon-lime laxitive and the choclate milk dispencer with milk of magnisha........after ,the lines to the bath room were a mile long and people were $hi#ing them selfs.........there was crap all over the hall ways and they closed the school for 3 days to check out the lunchroom.

Of course, this all depends on how one treats canon. If you think canon is all one big authority divided up into smaller continuities, then of course it's canon. If you think each universe has its own canon, then it would be just G1 canon.

In fact, one could probably argue that Kiss Players don't necessarily form part of G1 canon but G1 does form part of Kiss canon. I don't know. Do Kiss Players consitute a new generation? If so, it's a separate canon, as G2 wouldn't be considered G1, and Optimus Prime was the same in those two.

Pretty rich coming from some dude who'd been here 5 seconds, huh? I pretty much wound up telling him to go screw himself, and that the last time I checked, in '87, having babies at age 17 wasn't exactly the in thing to do. Hell, he's only 3 years older than my sister.
