Greetings my HMW brethren.

Some of you may have noticed (not just because you're creepy stalkers) that there have been some strange goings on in the arena between some characters of crappy builds.

I assure you this was not some nefarious scheme but a noble endeavor designed to benefit all with knowledge.

Together with Wingz I have gathered a small group of Bots & Cons working together over the past month or so to figure out &/or confirm some of the mechanics of the game.

For instance, we have made great strides in confirming the Brawling formula put forth by Tammuz long ago (Enshrined for all to see in the Con forum and predictably ignored by the Bots) and finding the new Min/Max values for it.
We are working on the final phases now and will announce our findings as soon as they are confirmed.

But that is not all we propose to give you, oh no.

We are also working hard to bring you the Armor Coefficients (AC) needed to accurately rate the various Armors. This is a project even the great prophet Tammuz could not crack in his day. (Trust me, I was there helping him at the time. It didn't go well.)

Thus far we have worked out the bottom 3:

Aluminium = 1.2
Iron = 1.4
Steel = 2.0
(If you're a Bot and have no idea what to do with these numbers either dig down through Iacon until you find all the old info we gave you or just ask Wingz to enlighten you)
(If you're a Con and don't know what to do with these then you just haven't been paying attention or are new)

Some of our ambitious members have started at the other end and have begun work on Nano-Regenerative armor....

And that's where we need you.

Armor is damn expensive !
especially when you have to keep resetting into different test configurations!

If this research (and possible future research into accurate damage numbers for all the weapons, after that who knows...) is valuable to you PLEASE consider a donation to our cause.

On the Con side please donate to me, on the Bot side Wingz, and we will spread it out to our helpers.
Post here so others can see your generosity and be inspired or donate anonymously if that suits you but please give what you can.

We also ask that if you are in the arena and see a character waiting with [TAG] (Tactical Analysis of the Game) after their name that you leave them alone to do their work and not intercept them for easy XP.

As needed we may ask for other volunteers to help in our great work but for now we have the testers we need.

Thank you so far to the anonymous donors that have so far sent me 2 mil (some of that has already been put toward armor and the rest earmarked for it) and from what I've heard from Wingz the Bots have raised 200K (don't mock them for that Cons, they've had a rough couple months and many don't have the Energon to spare).

Again I applaud all your generosity.
Our good work continues and so will the updates!
