Skyhammer was waiting for Scoop's response when Starwind spoke up about further activities. Giving Scoop a signal that he would be with him shortly, he turned and smiled towards the newcomer.


"Hey.. you're that other shuttle pilot aren't you? Sorry to here your shuttle got trashed in the crash, i know how attached i am to my baby.." he said earnestly, guesturing to the slightly damaged but otherwise intact shuttle that was still hovering at the entrance of the bay, programmed to detect and destroy any counter assault on the base. "But if you're after orders, i don't have any at the moment. Dunno where Prowl went, but i'm gonna have to find him anyway, so i'll let him know you're operational again, eh?"

Of course,there was the matter of Repugnus, but he had to check up with Prowl on that..

Scoop was taking in the damage he saw done in the Hangerbay and was about to give Skyhammer his assesment when the autobot from the shuttle showed up seeing if he could help. Scoop nodded at Starwind in a greetings gesture.

This is going to take alot of credits to fix. Those Cons did a number on the roof. Scoop then said to [b]Skyhammer "It might take that and a little more. We are going to have to reinforce the roof. That will cost alot more then a simple repair" Scoop knew that Skyhammer signaled he would be a minute, but he wanted every autobot that was around to hear it.

((OCC: heh sorry if I'm diversing but I'm not too sure how to reintroduce my brother's and my characters. Shadow and Bluestatic. Therefore if my intro here makes things difficult tell me and I'll re-do it. Okay))

Near Fort Rememberence

Some kind of winged cybertronian reptile staggers forward trying to make her way to the fort; on her back is a blue autobot whom appears to be rather heavily damaged. The winged reptile herself isn't in brilliant shape; but she seems to be functioning reasonably well.

Shadow is all the while muttering reasurance to her brother on her back; hoping that they will get there in time. The pair of autobots both look reasonably young though it's obvious that Shadow is the elder of the two.

Hanger bay, Fort Rememberence

"Okay, Skyhammer but I think it will be pretty much the same as before. You'd think we'd do a computerised inventory checking thing," Wideload, "It would save time," he trundled off to the supply bays, he radioed.

Medbay, Fort Rememberence

replied Chase, he said bright and cheerfully.
said Wideload knowing all too well what the answer would be,
said Chase.

Near Fort Rememberence

Bluestatic mumbled as he was jostled about by his elder sister; the younger blue autobot didn't look to brilliant however he was alive and seemingly determined to stay that way.

As Shadow manuvered he felt himself be jostled about in a rather painful manner; he knew she was trying to save him but right now he wished she wouldn't go quite so fast.

Skyhammer nodded to Scoop as he gave his assessment, and for a few moments appeared to be thinking. however, afterwards he gave Scoop a slight grin.

"No worries mate.. what we'll do is we'll see if some of the squads don't mind doing a little overtime and going on some salvaging runs, i'm sure there's a few abandoned buildings that won't be missing their reinforcements laying around here somewhere. As for the major work, i'd say we break out whats left of our raw materials in cold storage and get this place repaired. I'll worry about appropriating replacement componants later.. So how many mechs do you reckon you'll need to get a half decent job with what we've got at the moment?" he asked him.

Fort Rememberence, Supply Bays

Chase arrived a minute or two before Wideload did at the supply bays. The places had shelves stacked high with boxes. Each shelf had different stuff on, mostly they were replacement parts for equipment that would inevitably need to be fixed at some point in its life. This was the maintenance engineer's main port of call for any spares they needed. As well as the spares there were crates of new equipment packed away waiting for the time it would be called into service. Taking an inventory would take any sensible Autobot a long time. Chase however was not incumbered by these sensibilities and grabbed a data, "I'll time myself!" he said deciding to make it a race against the clock, "GO!" he shouted and jumped into the inventorying as Wideload entered.
"I think they want it done properly," he said.
"I'm doing it properly is fast and fast is properly!" Chase replied scanning boxes into the datapad.

Borders

The three Throttlebots made it inside the tunnel entrance without further hazard, "The Con maybe back so stay on alert," Rollbar said.
Searchlight turned his powerful lights on and illuminated the tunnel. It seemed sturdy enough. Cybertron was a criss-cross network of tunnels below the surface. No one had ever made a complete survey of them, no Transformer could in a life time, "We better move on cautiously," Searchlight said.
"As opposed to shouting out that we're three small, poorly armed Autobots just ripe for an ambush?" said Freeway.

"Alot more then we currently have Skyhammer, but we should be able to make due." He then thought of somethings that had been bothering him since he had come back online. Like where was Prowl?

He then turned back to Skyhammer and said "We also need to place some mechs on guard duty so no decepticon agent can sneak in here and mess with the work we are doing. They know the lay of the land better then we do at the moment."

"Slag.. not exactly my forte..." Skyhammer replied to Scoop, as he took out a data pad from a compartment and fiddled with it slightly, his face rapt in concentration. "But i'll see what i can do with the command staff upstairs.. In the meantime, i think if you wouldn't mind being a gentlemech and taking care of the repairs with the Throttlebots and the other mech's help, i can deal with it.. Sound good to you?" he asked, genuinely concerned with Scoop's take on the situation. Truth be told, he really didn't want to be working on guard detail. He could do simple patrols and guard rotas, he did it back when he owned his own business to save finances, but he wasn't a tactician..

"Ahhh felt much better," groaned Blades as he woke u[ from his shut down cycle after being repaired by First-Aid.
