Am I the first to notice this artwork on this JB-05 Destruction Lord (Megatron) Headmaster box?

Without this?

I just picked up Transformers Marvel Grey Hulk and am now patiently waiting for the JB-05 Destruction Lord (Megatron) Headmaster to arrive. I hope to be able to wedge the headmaster in between Hulks folded in head and the front chest.

Last, finish it off with a little paint and Destruction Lord (Megatron) should look spot on.

What's the verdict? Does my Destruction Lord head mod work? Is it to big? Color matches well either way but the blue might need some paint. He could use a brutal looking weapon maybe a oversized axe instead of your typical cannon? What do you think?

This UFO Battle Axe will be available soon, it's huge! It may be just what I need to complete my Destruction Lord. The silver should go very well.

Not the right color Battle Axe but you get the idea. UFO has this axe coming out in both dark grey and silver and of coarse the clear Energon axe pictured.

Marvel and Star Wars crossovers were made for customs. If the Megatron head doesnt fit, gut the figure and remove the ugly Hulk head. You wont miss it one bit.

I guess I'm not the first to notice... The JB-05 Destruction Lord (Megatron) Headmaster isn't being used but close enough... The work that went into these are wicked to say the least.

You know what, I had forgotten about the Marvel Crossover Hulk figure, since he was packed up from my last house move.

Such a great figure and well articulated too. I have the green version and seeing these pictures has now encouraged me to did him out, dust him off and see how he would look as a stand-in for my Neo-Wreckers line up as Bulkhead?

He seems to cover all requirements, big, green, mean and ugly!! :lol:

Heck, even Hulks gnarly old head will probaly remain as I dont have an alternative to swap with, let alone anything that will probaly fit?
I need to dig out my Autobot stickers for both stand-ins, Bulkhead and Pyro and get them sorted asap!

If you're keeping the blue and want a weapon that'll match, try AMW 11 http://tfsource.com/products/view/product_id/4286/ it's the Micron that came with AM Bulkhead but in blue. Great little wrecking ball accessory.

I actually have that somewhere. But I'm pretty sure that I want to paint at least the blue to something much darker.

Wish it was that easy. But I'm sure in doing so will give him bits of green here and there. It might prove easier to paint this head green and throw it on a green hulk. But thus far I'm liking this minor custom.
