Help Finding Icon For This Site

I'm having trouble finding one that is between 0 and 24 kibd . It's getting kinda annoying to find the prefect size. Oh and the one I want that is Hot Rod

Open one you like in Paint if you're using Windows (right click and edit the file) then just save it without making any changes, it usually compresses the file size even further.
