hmmm, maybe.
i was wondering why that irish guy has such leverage over peter with his "memory box" when peter could easily beat the crap out of him.

True, but it's not in Peter's nature to be violent. He only fights to protect people (or if someone's trying to steal his girl). Of course, the only other option is to help the guy steal something, so perhaps knocking him into a wall would be a less "morally gray" thing to do. Unless he's once again not confident in summoning his powers. He looks pretty amazed whenever he does something.

And it looks as though Peter has picked up Niki's "dark side", I didn't realize that was considered a power, thought it was a character specific trait.
I hate to say it, but Hiro's story seems to forced! Here, you need to get the Fire Scroll, fight these 90 guys and call me in the morning. There's hardly an adventure here, no comedy, no bonding, nothing, it's just really flat to me.
The rest of the show keeps up pretty well. Hmm, was that really the illusion girl who died, or just some random person who was watching over Sylar? It's possible, or maybe she made Sylar "think" he killed her and ate her brain. But it's probably exactly what it looked like, and the illusion girl's dead(and she was a bit "hefty" too, no surprise there), and Sylar's injuries are keeping him from using his powers. Or Sylar has the virus, that seems more likely.

They really need to research a bit more.
When Monica Dawson was talking early in the show she mentioned “county”.. If the show’s producers would have done their job they would realize that we do not have counties in Louisiana, we have parishes.
Second, the co-worker of Monica’s accent. In southern Louisiana we do not have that “country” accent..
[/nitpick]

They took the effort to make a floodline on the house but got an accent wrong. Damn them all to hell.

Bishop I was only giving a hard time, not really making a point. Just saying that they made effort is some areas more than others.
God Magnus wrote:Maybe this whole thing ties back into my first question and Kensei is really Nathan and Peter's father and just faked his death so he could "fix" his friends' mistakes. Maybe I'm just grasping at straws here but I can't help but feel like I'm on to something. Maybe it's just because that's the way I would write the rest of that story.

That would make the comic about their dad meeting Linderman not fit into the storyline though

I haven't read the comics. I'll have to check them out. As for making sense, is Uhura supposed to be D.L.'s mom? If so, didn't we already see her in season 1?

I'd recommend them. They are kinda like what happens between episodes, updated every week.

I think it's cool that they chose such an obscure but awsome power to include in the show. I hope that means she'll get into some neat fight sequences.

She could be a very overpowered character too, which would be good seeing as our other 3 overpowered characters are still a bit fuzzy about them.

Seems as though she can only mimic things she sees on TV, though. That might be their effort to limit it a bit.

The episodes are up on nbc.com pretty much by tuesday. You don't really have to wait.

Yeah I think that as well. The picture of Noah's death shows Clair kissing a boy (Most likely him). Think he's trying to turn Clair against her father. It's clear that he has anger against the company, and his flight would have saved him from the fall.
